There has been no official announcement yet as to when Parhelia will be out anywhere.
As for the triple-LCD-monitors, Matrox doesn't make or sell those. You can connect any three analogue monitors you want to Parhelia - no need for those special triple LCD setups. If you really think you need to get one, look at the prices and think again. They're expensive! Much more expensive than even three really good thin bezel flat panels - besides, they don't use the best panels.
