    Business market?

When I look around the office, what do I see? A trading floor with almost every computer containing a matrox card - either G450 or G200 MMS. And for Reuters or Bloomberg on 3 screens rather than 2 or 4, which is actually quite a common configuration, this (or the 64Mb version) will be the cheapest and most reliable (I suspect) thing around.

Yep, that's how 3DFx stayed in business for as long as they did, selling a couple Voodoo 2 cards to a few teenagers.
Yeah and we see how long they lasted. Matrox has been in business for over 25 years now and they have done it without all those fps kiddies.

I don't understand why they show loads of game screens, then all of you say it's not a gaming card. If it wasn't intended on gaming then why Surround Gaming?
        Then use a Geforce 4 Ti 4600 Ultra and keep playing 320 x 200 @ 1 gazzillion fps

One thing I have seen being a gamer since the AppleIIe the average gamer really has no clue how anything works. They just know higher numbers = better performance, and that's all. The parhelia is going to be a great card, I think the low numbers are more then likely a driver issue. Personally I am looking for more in a card then 300+ FPS, and note you can not physically see anything over 90fps and that is if you have blue eyes, so getting 150+ FPS is ultimately worthless.

Surround gaming is were this card shines. Note to hardly anyone plays 1600*1200, average is 1280*1024 since the text in every game is so small at 1600*1200 every gamer at my LAN all prefer 12*10 for that reason.

I think if you give time for the drviers to mature like the Radeon 8500 this card will rock!

Most definitely this card will rock. We just need to wait for a comprehensive and unbiased review to prove this.
