G200 Marvel, Beep..beep beep beep

I think my G200 Marvel is dead, got the dreaded no video error beep.

Tried the card on a different system, removed all the peripherals on both system, changed IRQs, used the recover disk but to no avail. Using the recover disk I got the following screen.

Try Matrox's tech support forums. With a serial#, they should be able to send you the file needed to recover your BIOS.
