softdvd2 oh god!

Well, I reinstalled win98 *formated*
After installed the lastest drivers for my g200 marvel tv, Softdvd2 crash. It could be caused by those drivers? or cause I also installed: divx, and winamp 3?
Anyway I will instal WinDVD4.

THE POINT IS (AND THATS THE THING I REALLY WANT TO KNOW): Softdvd2 *zoran* will work better than WinDVD4 cause it was made for marvel g200 (all that hardware stuff)? or I could install WinDVD4 without any problem?

Please guys, please! let me know that!
