...and even this thread, 15 posts and 330 hits, could get you a hit to shit ratio of 1:330. Not bad in the marketing game....
How can you possibly take anything seriously?
      Who cares?

well, this discussion indicates that they are focussing in the pro-3d area with their newer drivers.
This sig is a shameless atempt to make my post look bigger.

Yeah, call me crazy, but I love messing around with beta crap

                      Leech

As a side note, tell me if I'm wrong on this, but the Non-CAD and CAD driver packages use the same core driver. But there is a 'Heidi" driver that Autocad (and I believe 3d Studio Max as well) uses in addition to the normal 1.1.0.80. Speaking of which, the folders all say it's 1.01, but the driver version information under Powerdesk-HF is the 1.1.x Got to love that screwey version numbering. Do any of the beta drivers even HAVE numbers? (Joking of course, they'd really confuse the hell out of you guys if they didn't. "Here's the latest, beta guys, you have to guess which new features or bugs are in it, don't worry about reporting which bug you find in which driver, we'll figure that out later" Talk about messy. That would give any developer/tester nightmares.)

the drivers are exactly thesame, it's the heidi driver that makes the difference. this is also clearly stated on the download page.
