excluding shipping cost.
This may be cover15" to21" monitor size I think.
1. Cut center lens width.
Both left and right side of center Lens to fit center monitor with zoom view width.
2. Cut Left and Right Lens.
Cut left and right Lens to fit monitor center to Lens center.
3. Place 3 lens to L shaped any steel frame.
You can cut it by cutting blade for Acrylics board easily.
I can send it by bank transfer payment basis, sorry for your incontinences.

Actually, I'm now thinking of making my own. I've made smaller lenses, from acrylic, at work. That stuff from overseas, is really too expensive. I can just imagine, making a false cut and screwing up (more than the price of another Parhelia).Comment
