BTW, I love finally having an overclocking util, but man, it's not exactly friendly or very functional...the new freq. only activates itself on reboot (at least in my case), you have to check the frequencies with good ol' Windows Calculator and the cumulative thing doesn't exactly seem to work...just my experience with it, like I said, I love finally being able to overclock this baby, but I want some Powerstrip action or smthn! Anyway, Matrox is a great example of the saying "Patience is a virtue"-great work guys!

Thanks for the .NET fix, I'll have to try it when I get home. Any chance that the SP is available on Windows Update? Because I'm pretty sure it's already installed if thats the case I downloaded the complete .NET package and SP last night, so hopefully I'll be able to fix it when I'm out of here.
Thanks,

Sure, I am still around......
If you guys can pursuade Matrox to release register specs for G450/G550 and Parhelia, I will continue to develop MGATweak. Without register specs, there is no way that I can upgrade MGATweak to support Parhelia.KJ Liew

The standalone should do it also, but I think the one that came with these drivers is more recent.Despite my nickname causing confusion, I am not female ...

On a side note my OEM P is now at retail speed without a hitch with the o/c tool. pretty nice since it costs me 160$ cdn less than a retail .
I will try to push it a little more later. It will be easy to compare since its permanently at retail speed now (nice feature). Maybe I'll do some BSmark2001superNvidiaspecialedition later.Athlon64 4800+

On a side note, overclocking did increase flyby mode by an equal performance boost (i.e. 10% got me an increase of 10% on fps, same on BSmark2001). But the drivers themselves didn't bring any increase in UT2003, at least not in the benchmark (which is not that different from peep around).
What kind of increase peep are actually talking about, i would like to see some numbers to compare, maybe its a setting that they had on that has been turned off ?Athlon64 4800+

Now, with a 10% increase in OEM you see you'll get 220 core and 275 memory
I will try to push it more later, I do think that i would reach same numbers as retail, since the limitation is prolly the power consuption.
And oh, most important, both support RSN...Last edited by jackzod; 11 October 2002, 09:40.Athlon64 4800+

Matrox rules... I was a little worried there for a while because I had a Radeon 8500 and enjoyed it very much, I really miss the Tru-Form... and well I do more work than play on my computer but ATI 2D was doing a fine job and all...
Anyway, I worship Matrox again...
Parhelia OEM 1.01 drivers
XP 2100
Win XP
200/250 3Dmark = 6400
20% OC 240/300 = smoking 7300
20% OC 240/300 + 1.02 drivers = sizzling 7450
I love this stuff... thank you thank you thank you big M
AndrewnForce2 MX intergrated video is actually pretty darn good, but I do miss 16xFAA!?!? Way to go nVidia.
