I asked since the Parhelia product support page states "All Matrox Parhelia graphics boards will ship standard with full-featured drivers for Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 2000 including support for both Microsoft DirectX 8.1 and OpenGL® v1.2." The page can be found here.
Of course, that could just be a typo.
The only places I've seen mention of OpenGL 1.3 was in one of the initial datasheets as well as on the Parhelia 265 MB launch page where they mentioned the latest beta Parhelia drivers.
"With the release of the latest fully-compliant Microsoft DirectX 8.1 and OpenGL® 1.3 Parhelia driver (v1.02),"
