To moderatos: How true r all the bad news?

As all of you, I'm a matroxuser worried about all the bad news over State of Matrox.
The source of all of these (I think to have understood) was an ex-employee of Matrox, but how much reliable can it be as he has been fired (as I think he has be).
What's your opinion? (please, GREEBE, KRUZIN, ANT, VIGILANT, H A I G give us an answer!

I don't think that Haig is or would want to be a moderator here as he's a Matrox employee. Having an employee as a moderator would no longer make this a fan-site

Most of us moderators here are also beta testers for Matrox and hense cannot comment on such due to our NDA's, BUT YOU KNEW THAT ALREADY.

Many P owners want answers if their card will ever get fixed?
Also might want to know what else is "broken" in the chip that we don't directly see...
Potential P buyers want to know when the 8x part with the fixes will come out??
still more want to know the financial and technical state of Matrox as a company is??

VigilAnt has done a great job of shinning light on the subject, this is more insight than we've had into the Inner Matrox than previous days...

Sit tight and news will filter out...
you don't want idle speculation, so wait for info to get varified etc...

It's not necessary that U "CRY" ..... I know even who U r. ...... one that knows.... but in this situation no one want to know about a new product or revision... we r waiting about fixing P Issues and state of things @ matrox.
I'd to buy my P retail next week, but after all this appening what I've to do?
Who wanna buy a bugged product?
And first of all, as matrox users since Mystique 170, I'm worried about Matrox..... ... afterall what am I asking for?

This is more of a PR thing rather than a tech supp issue. You would be better off talking to our PR group and see if they can confirm/deny VA's news.

I went over that article by VA.. even if that guy whote wrote the
letter was fired.. it all can't be a crock, there's always some truth even in a lie...
Plus it's a privately held company (which was brougth to my attention rescently) so they don't really care about anything except pure profit, at any expense... well.. even public companies..
