I updated my bios again as K6-III suggested, infact on the abit site in the driver section for my mobo there was actually a bios ver. which didn't like Matrox cards. With and update it works great
The AGP bus warning in Sandra is a programming error. It sees the 6x AGP bus within the IGP and assumes that the video card in the 4X slot is being overclocked.
The only real complaint I have with the card so far is, that for some reason it doesn't use anti aliasing on translucent edges or when you nightvision on for instance in Black Hawk Down
