You surely can't blame MAtrox for the Overlay problems with the WinTV apps.
I had these on a NVidia TNT, on a G400, on a RadeonDDR, a Radeon8500 and a Radeon 9700.
Oh, and a friend of mine had them at least on a VodooRush/AT3D card.
So is there any card on this globe where this stupid overlay implementation actually works???
Bottom line: Don't use the WinTV32/2000 apps, use third party software. The Hauppauge Hardware and the drivers are OK, but not the front-ends
