How to view Premiere with a Matrox Productiva G100 MMS + TV-Tuner

I got a "Matrox Productiva G100 MMS + TV-Tuner" VGA, are there a possibility to get Premiere or any other crypted TV-Channels into, eg. onto my screen?

I wood be happy, if anybody knows some links to any dokus or has some tips for me.
