Differences in hardware between G550 retail and bulk?

Are there any differences in hardware between G550 retail and bulk version?

BTW: Does it support TV-out? How can I connect the TV and the card?

The cards themselves are the same.
They do support TV-out, via a breakout cable that commes with all retail cards, but not all bulk cards. The cable can be purchased separately from shopmatrox.com .
