SOF2 loading time improved too.
Am I the only one or is there a major 2D speed improvement under WinXP Pro?
I recently installed XP using the 1.02 drivers and 2D speed was alot slower than Win2K.
Those 1.03 drivers are definetly faster.

My 3DMark2001SE scores went from 7200 (1.02.0.42) to 6800 (1.03.0.42). Is that good or bad?

my score droped a bit in 3d mark too(8400 to 8300) but all the games i play are now way smoother so i dont really care, dont jusdge it on 3d mark(run it by all means) judge it on how the drivers fair in the games you play by actually playing them. nice to see a driver release which completely ignores 3dmark for once, thumbs up matrox.is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?
