    Hi, I was told I should RMA my Matrox Productiva G100 MMS by Leo on the Matrox forum and I have gone through the process on the website (rma.matrox.com) but I noticed it says it is supposed to be for US Customers only, and that I need to email TechnicalSupport.NE@matrox.com with a subject of RMAUK if i remember correctly, I didnt go as far as clicking the continue on the RMAing page - does the fact that this was displayed mean that I am within warranty?

    Just contact Matrox via the email address they will explain you the rma details and tell you if the card is still under warrenty. The rma.matrox.com website is only for American customers.
