Hi, I was told I should RMA my Matrox Productiva G100 MMS by Leo on the Matrox forum and I have gone through the process on the website (rma.matrox.com) but I noticed it says it is supposed to be for US Customers only, and that I need to email TechnicalSupport.NE@matrox.com with a subject of RMAUK if i remember correctly, I didnt go as far as clicking the continue on the RMAing page - does the fact that this was displayed mean that I am within warranty?
