I have upgraded my Sony PCV-E308DS with G200 AGP integrated in the motherboard. Also have MIL G200 PCI installed. PCI works fine but when I try to extended desktop to integrated I get the following message:
The currently selected graphics driver cannot be used. It was written for a previous version of Windows, and is no longer compatible with this version of Windows. The system has been started using the default VGA driver. Please contact your hardware ... blah blah blah
I have downloaded and installed driver version 5.86.32.0 which i am pretty sure is the correct latest version. I did try several earlier versions prior to the latest with the same message. XP immediately recognized the card and installed driver but same message. I have removed and reinstalled the card and driver on several occasions. I don't know what else I could provide that would be helpful.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am in a real bind to resolve this.
