It seems that beta drivers were so nonproblematic that they shortly became nonbetas (at blitzkrieg speed I would say
).
Eventually beta testers didn't want to test anything this time and have convinced people in charge that the drivers are really ok already ;P

Haig told at Matrox Tech Support Forums on Friday, that the reason for delayed driver release has something to do with adding some new features to drivers, that still need finalizing.
