That's the reef demo that comes with the Parhelia - all fully 3D.

There are also demos (mpg video).
I'm able to run "c:\mgafold\demos\montage_960-240_high.mpg" even on my crappy GF4MX.
Surely, in quality the is no question what will look better. Especially on these big screens shown at cebit (drooooooooool).

Parhelia renders that in hardware in real time.

If you care to do a search here and you have DX8 or DX9 card you could run that demo on other card (GF3, 4, FX, Radeon 8500, 9500, 9700).
