Apptimizer doesn't work

Hello everybody
Don't know why but Apptimizer doesn't want to lauch.
Well, it starts but no window appear and in Program terminator(aka Task manager) i see that it still eats resourses but it is in "not responding" status. I've tried as ver 1 as 2 of Apptimizer.


My config is

ASUS P4B533-E, P4@2424, 512 MB DDR, Matrox Parhelia 128 - 1.03.00.043 driver,WinXP

Nothing, the only problems is that "ausweis" is the only word i know in German
