Hi
I used to own a G200 LE (8MB SDRAM) that came without any heatsink. I remember discussing that here and was told that it didn't need one anymore coz of a die shrink from .35 microns to .25 microns.
chhfchhf's card has the chip marked as a G200 only! So it looks like the G250 was indeed some OEM thingy, with the same chip as regular later version (die shrunk) G200's like mine!! But then what was different in it for it to be called a G250??
Cheers
Ovi
from left to right are:
G200 OEM for IBM(888-01)
G250(873-03)
G200 DVI(853-02)
all be cut the age
the die of G250 and G200 OEM for IBM is the same.
what is the G250 mean?
