Help Me!

my millenniumII's BIOS has serious problem!
i update the bios with setup351 of matrox,but happen to fail!
the card can not work at all!
the screen is black!

i put the millenniumII and another millennium to my PC,into the windows.

checked my card,find VGA disable problem in the millenniumII!
who can repair my millenniumII?

i can't write the bios to the EPROM now!

help!
