Have you tried Matrox's recover utility on their web site?
It will recover most bad BIOSes.

I tried dumping pins, however since I have Millennium PCI and Millennium G400 AGP teh utility would simply dump Millennium's pins.

I'll try fiddling arround to dump G400's pins sans dumping Millennium pins that doesn't involve opening the case.

Meanwhile could someone give me a clue on how to do that.

Found out over at MatroX files that "progbios -a -d >file.txt" dumps pins for all Matrox cards found in system.

I'm attaching dumps of both Millennium PCI and G400 AGP. Both are flashed to lattest BIOS.

I have ommited serial number for both cards, type your own 8-character long string in appropriate place.

My G400 16SH is SGRAM version, PCB is made in China.

Open previous pin attachment, compare to mine and take out info for Millennium PCI.

As per restoring BIOS, restore utility works like magic.
