Hi KeiFront,
Is that any wrong with your P. Even my first 128m version P with the very begining version BIOS, there is no such BIOS distortion. You can post the problem to Matrox technical support forum and check whether there is any replacement for your P.
ASUS A7M266-D, 2 x Athlon MP 2000+, Viking 1G PC2100 ECC Reg, LSI MegaRAID Elite 1600 SCSI RAID, 4 x Seagate Cheetah 15k 18.4G HDs RAID 0, Barracuda 7 ATA 200G HD, Matrox Parhelia 256M, Antec True Power 550W power supply, Swiftech & Zalman watercooling & Cooler Master ATC-410 SX-1 Aluminum Server Case
Alas it does not fix the boot logo problem, well at least not on my Parhelia / A7N8X Delux rev 2.00.
I just installed the latest PH drivers (2kxp_104_02_007.exe) and BIOS (setup_p103.exe) and the latest Asus BIOS (c18d1005.zip) and still the logo screen is similar to the image in KeiFront's posting above.
So I suppose we just have to wait till Asus / Matrox get round to sorting it out.

Did you try to run SystemLogoFix.exe that comes with that BIOS update ???
Despite my nickname causing confusion, I am not female ...
