Heat sinks on the memoris-Noise?

Do any of you have a noise problem when you attach heat sinks on the memories? I thought I did when I had so much noise when I did, but now it seems that it's not coming from Parhelia after all.

I've got some TweekMonsters BGA sinks attached and I have no problems.
