  • Parhelia OEM vs Retail

Will you folks tell me the difference between the Retail and OEM versions of the "P". And how do you tell them apart?

    Thanks

Besides the MHz, are the bulks technically any different (different memory maybe?)?

          Hi.

I think both Parhelia bulk and retail use same memory chips.
          Their latency time is 3.3ns.

              Overclocking OEM

Does anyone know of a utility that that will bring the OEM version of a "P" up to the retail version speed?

And will it really make that much difference?

              Thanks

                Depends who you ask.

Right here would be a good place I only have a Retail that was always a Retail P, so can't help I'm afraid...

Fisheagle: Do a search for "Parhelia PINS" and "Parhelia MTSU", that will give you plenty of answers
                      no matrox, no matroxusers.

Just curious: is there any such thing as a retail P650?

(Matrox Online only sells and ships the "OEM" bulk cards.)

no, AFAIK there is no "retail" P650.
