Those 1.4.3.8 drivers are identical to the 1.4.3.5 drivers. The only difference in the files are in the .inf file.
And in the inf file, the only two changes are two version strings.
This means that the drivers are in fact IDENTICAL. No need to upgrade unless you relly want to brag about your high version number..

It probably wouldn't have hurt anything, but it saves me a few minutes in my day. Besides, I have a new motherboard BIOS to install today. It would have been a disaster if I started blaming the new Matrox drivers for some problem with the new BIOS.
