  • Blown Parhelia - component ID help

    Hi all,

    Anyone help me here? My Parhelia just went kablooey and I was wondering if anyone knows what this dead component is, even who makes it and where I might get one?



    Numbers on it:

    I ? R 212H
    2X5Q
    F7311

    That's your part, but something has caused it to blow (short somewhere).
    unless you know what caused the mosfet to blow, replacing it will only cause it to blow again.

          ah no that's fine. I had a heatsink stuck on it and that;s just a bit of glue I didn't clean off.
