Great, someone was asking for something like this on Arstechnica forums, not long ago.
EDIT:
Microsoft Cerified drivers for Windows 2000, XP and Linux, WOW.
Which chip is powering this one?
Parhelia or P750 (ParheliaLX) or perhaps Parhelia8x?
It's LX.
So does Parhelia 256HR support same features (pivot, etc...).Last edited by UtwigMU; 15 October 2003, 12:52.

Question for soupy
from the specs page:
- Supports S-Video or composite video
- Supports SCART
what's 'SCART' supposed to mean here? SCART-RGB? I mean, every card that supports S-Video or Composite supports SCART, since that's just the socket used to hook it up to tv. With it explicitly being mentioned here, there might be hope for SCART-RGB support???
If so, does that mean that SCART-RGB driver support also will be added to all other ParheliaLX-based products?

Performance card, low cost card, MMS card, nexgen card (same gen card - depends on the cycle).
For example:
G200
G250
G400
G200MMS
G450
G550 (G800 ?)
G450 MMS
Parhelia
Parhelia LX (P650/750)
Parhelia QID/256HR
...
Performance card
WRT to performance card, although it may not be gaming card, it has to keep up with Quadros, fireGLs and Wildcats in order to compete in pro and CAD markets.

And are we ever going to get the driver-native pivot features enabled for the regular Parhelia? If I go TFT, this would be a real bonus for me...DM says: Crunch with Matrox Users@ClimatePrediction.net

I think they want to phase out the G450/550. The P650 has now reached a price low enough to eat into the g550 sales. I guess a 10-15% price cut will do the trick nicely -and there goes the G550. The G450LX can be had for about 60-70€ but I don't think M wants to sell them anymore (I doubt they make much money out of it as the part is pretty much obsolete).
The P650 looks like a good replacement for the G450 driving the MMS series...
