Cable purchase question in UK

I am intending to buy G450 for the purpose of enjoying DVI connection to LCD as well as TV out. I expect that I can do something else on my LCD while watching movie on TV at the same time if I use G450.

Questions

1. G450 is suitable to my purpose? My system runs on Windows 2003

2. I have got S-video connector to my TV. Do I need to buy another Matrox specific TV out cable? If so, where can I buy Tv-out cable for G450 in the UK?

3. Should I buy another Matrox specific DVI connector even though I already have got normal DVI-I connector for radeon 9000 DVI connection to my LCD?
