    Arrgghh My Freakin' Eyes!

    Why is it that Windows requires a reboot when you go from single monitor to triple-head so that it'll read the capabilities of the monitors? Otherwise it sticks them in 60hz, which is like watching the banding problem in 1000x the potential of it....

    This is a problem Matrox should work on...

      Are all three of your monitors the same Model? Two of mine are different than the primary (though they all have the same refresh rate capability.)

          Why don't you just pick singlehead resolution when in triplehead and manually set refresh.

          (say, you're running in 38840x960 (3x1280x960)@85, then pick 1280x960 with slider and set refresh to 85.

          reboot is only neccessary for independant or single mode.

            So, I'm an idiot Yeah, that would work well. It's just whenever I go over to a network party that I switch back to single-head (since lugging 3 21" monitors around sucks.)

                      I'm sure 60hz isnt as bad as chilli sauce in the eye, (beer followed by kebab, if i was sober at the time, i probably would have embarassed myself)
