They just added support for :

Matrox Parhelia PCI,
Matrox QID & P-256 Edge Overlap controller.
No bugfix etc.
A CRAY is the only computer that runs an endless loop in just 4 hours...
They do have a newer OpenGL ICD? (it's still not 1.4 though, right? I mean at least Knights of the Old Replublic stil whined at me...)

they incorporated a drop downbox for making the driver report OpenGL version 1.1 , 1.2 & 1.3 (if wanted as predefined setup for certain apps or as general setting for all apps)
but no sight of 1.4 so far
Despite my nickname causing confusion, I am not female ...
Nope! That dropdown box is there since the original 1.5ers, the "use alternate opengl manufacturer" checkbox is the only highlight of the new 1.5.1.8s.
I think the wording on it is quite humorous. "Use alternate OpenGL manufacturer name" So does that mean you can make games think that you're running nVidia or ATI cards? (If so, could the shiny water be working with this 'hack'?)
All I see is a selection for using 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 version of OpenGL, not "manufacturer name"

I've found a feature with the 1.05.01.008 drivers. They produce a nice heap of garbage pixelblocks in Starwars Galaxies when in fullscreen.
Quoting RichieG on the Matrox forums:
"This 1.05.01.008 drivers are optimized for After Effects 6.0 so they have not been tested with any other apps. You should continue to use the 1.05.00.107 drivers."
