p650 multimonitor question

i have a p650 with 64mb. i have a viewsonic p225 crt, usually use 1856x1392. i also have a viewsonic vp201b lcd, capable of 1600x1200.

when i use them in independant mode, i can only get 32bit color when both are at 1600x1200. otherwise i get 16bit color when i try to use the higher resolution on the crt.

is it possble to use the crt at the higher resolution (1856x1392)with 32 bit color if i had a p650 or p750 with more memory? or is this not a limitation of memory, but of the card itself?
