I'm sure they can do it. I've asked for it before. But I think they keep the feature off the retail cards and only give it to the higher-range ones, as a differentiator. (So basically it's a marketing decision).

It is a shame this feature was left out, as this comment suggests the issue is not technical (which more or less is proven in the MED-series). So someone must have decided that the pivot feature is not important...
