    I am in doubt when it comes to AMD processors after reading about them in Flightsim.com - I am affraid that I will end up with a system that might be more future proof but won´t give me the same power as the Pentium 4 when flying FS2004 on a Windows XP ( 32 bit version )

              Conker, the 3000+ can be a fair bit slower than the 3200+ because it only has 512kb of L2 cache instead of 1024kb. The price difference isn't great.

              A 300W power supply unit is probably cutting it too fine.
