No, this is not about it being too slow 
After my AIW 8500 died, I went back to my good old G400 Max, and it works fine for 2D, video etc, but when I start playing some (older) 3D games, my PC crashes after a while, showing a corrupted image, that looks like the video mem has been overclocked (which it has not).
Is this a sign, that my card will soon die, or is it just a sign that my case is not cool (temperature wise, never looked cool anyway
) enough?
