No, it's the wrong tool for the job. You'd simply take high-res photos and SEM scans if you want to see the chip. Then you blow up the pictures a 1000x, put them on the floor, and have people figure out what things are.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
In the late 50's my Dad wrote SAC's nuclear war plan programs in the computer room of the underground at Offutt.
They would unroll a big sheet of butcher paper on the floor and then flow-chart thier programs before punching the cards.Chuck

I've still got a few boxes of punch cards lying around here (old programs of mine). Gotta reader so I can put them on a HDD?
