I know what you mean and 100% right, but it's not that problem,

You are saying better 3d cards better performance(no matter how fast cpu speed is),

but I tested with the same video card..

That's not Matrox vs ATI or nVidia but the same "Parhelia vs Parhelia"..

I never wanted CPU performance tests, but wanted to check how Parhelia would go with 3.60 comparing to 2.0 only..

    Or did I misunderstand you??

According to the latest official figures, 43% of all statistics are totally worthless...

So i assume that there isn't much difference between Parhelia 4x and 8x in a low end system!
Why are you saying yours and mine are low-end system??

I think I can't tell both are high-end systems, but can tell at least mid-end systems..

it never has something to do with this discussion, but I just wondered why you said so..

why don't you take pride in yours

But he used the same video card on both systems.

On the faster P4 system,is Hyperthreading activated?
I found that deactivating this will raise the score. At least on miy Win2k system.

Hey guys, I got an very interesting result just before!!

There weren't any changes but upgrading from Windows SP1 to SP2.

No bios/driver updating, no overclocking at all!!

Before I installed SP2, I tested about ten times with 3DMark03,

but all the results were around 770..

After upgrading to SP2, I tried one more time and the score was 921!!!

Still lower than my brother's but I'm kind of excited now and want to know why.

                  Anybody knows??
