G450 1440x900 Problem

Dear All

I have a g450 and 2 1440x900. The problem is that I cannot find the exact match for the resolution. There seems to be matches above and below this resolution but no exact match. I have trawled this site and found references to the "Tweak Util" and "Power Strip" but not much help on how they work or what they do.

The problem I have is that I have slightly blurry screens as I cannot get an exact resolution match. Will the "tweak util" allow me to set this resolultion up? Any help on how the "tweak util" works?

The matrox tweak utility for the G450 allows you to add any custom resolution (limitation IIRC is that width ans height must be multiples of 4). Just launch the tweak utility, select the esolution you want and it it. It will then be one of the standard supported resolutions of the card: it should show up in the resulution slider in desktop settings..
