Interesting! OTOH, the graphic power of the Arc is probably sufficient for their use case.
Would be fun to see Intel at one point release a chipset that is on par with nVidia or AMD and use Matrox as card manufacturer... A bit like back in the Mystique days when Matrox suddenly was quite competitive. I doubt it will happen, but it would be fun to mix things up a bit in the graphics market.

2 bigger active cooled Matrox Luma cards are discontinued, passive only by special order in B&H and Intel will launch Battlemage GPU this year. Rumors are it won't be a big jump in cores and might target 4070 performance but will have significant improvement per core and per Watt.
nVidia Blackwell 5000 series is rumored to not be a big jump over current generation.
So you might get Battlemage Matrox card this year or they have existed video card market, which I don't think is the case with all their video wall clients.
