Reg hack ?

Hi i have downloaded the reg hack and unzipped it in to a temp folder.
But now i dont know how to use it, can any one help.
Thanx for any advice given it will be much appreciated.

Try to double click on the ones you wish to use.

And reboot after that for any changes to take effect.
