DirectGL replaces the windows opengl32.dll and glu32.dll. If you have had DGL, and uninstalled it, you need to replace those 2 files with the correct ones from the /cab files on the windows CD...Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s

Hi,
don't use a desktop with 24bpp colordepth.
Choose either 16b or 32bpp ...

that scitech direct gl messed my system up good and proper and i had to reinstall after i used it and my real matrox drivers wouldn't work once i had put it on, did you use the scitech drivers first?? If so this is probably why the matrox ones arn't working. My solution was a complete reinstall and hard drive format after about 2 hours of trying to get rid of them, but hopefully somebody else might have a simpler solution
