Why is there still no 1280 resolution setting available in Q2 engine games like Heretic 2 using the latest g400 drivers? I tried running at 1280 and got an error that was only solved by reinstalling Heretic 2 and running the 1280 reg tweak. Shouldn't this have been addressed in the drivers by now?

By default the G400 uses 1280x1024 as resolution, the games you mention use 1280x960 ...
If you'd like to have that res added, download the reg-patches from murc and use the 1280,960.reg, goto adv. disp. props., adjust different res. from list and adjust the new entries for 1280x960 to your needs.
