Micro Machines 3 Freezing on G400

Is anyone else had a problem with running MM3 'cause I get an hour glass after the intro movie runs then nothing but a hard reset can stop it.
Tried with Dual head disabled and in different res' but nothing.

Pain in the backside as the missus wants to play the Ice cream van horn and won't stop till it's working..
