Ok...this is going to cause some major whining, I know....but I am going to try and save you guys some time here...
1) The TurboGL MCD will not work on any processor but P3 and K7 at this point. Most of us already knew this, but just to reiterate. This cannot be hacked to work on P2, Celeron or K6. Trust me.
2) The TurboGL MCD will not work if there is a Voodoo based card in the machine. This is a conflict with the 3dfx drivers (not their MCD). This cannot work if there is a Voodoo card. Period. Hopefully they will figure out a fix to this.
3) These are not the rumored DX7 optimised drivers. Those are still being developed.
