optimum q2 configuration for g200?

i know i'm getting to the party really late with this question but i just got q2 this weekend and was wondering if Kruzin or anyone else has something i can stick in the config file to optimize performance for my setup. i know i saw such a thing posted for hl, would the same one work for q2? hl uses the q2 engine, right?
