HL Problems

I have been having problems in Half-Life on my G400 Max. I have tried all of the config modifications, and that has fixed most of the problems. The big problem that I am still having is white dots randomly appearing. They are very apparent but sporadic. It is the same problem that I have seen on many cards when the video ram is too far overclocked. I also noticed the same problem in Rogue Spear. In all other games the card runs fine at 115%, but in HL I have problems even at the stock settings. I am running the latest PD and the turbo GL. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Have you tried running with the case off? Maybe it's getting a little too warm in there. Otherwise you're just pushing the RAM to its limits.
