How to extract TurboGL for G200?

I once read in this forum instructions for manually extracting the G200 TurboGL DLL from the full v5.30 driver set. Could someone please jog my memory on how this is done? (I did a search in the forum and came up empty.)

I case you're wondering, the TurboGL DLL was not installed on my system due to the Matrox installer detecting my Voodoo2 cards. Nonetheless, I'd like to play with it..

There is no TurboGL for G200. That is a treat just for G400 owners
