      Rob M. I've done the suggested fixes so far and no different. I'm running the latest drivers and BIOSes for everything. Specs in my sig ...

      I notice we both have G400 with 5.30.007, Dx7 and A3D with 2040 (???).

          Hi all
          i finally finsihed downloading the demo
          Impressive bump mapping...
          but the demos perfromance is inconsistant on my Marvel G400
          like 800x600 16bit
          with all effects and EAX on is playable
          but not super smooth
          1024x768, ini 32 bit is excellent, truly amazing and SMOOTH!!!!!!!!!!!!
          makes me glad i bought my marvel! :O)

          then i play something like NFS road challenge which ran beter on my Marvel G200 and i get totally confused??? whats going on??

          oh i have a P3 450@475
          and 128mg
          win 98 se

            Hey Guys,

            I was also having the same problems - I eventually set Mouse Capture=0 in SZoptions.ini to get it to work. Don't know why it worked, but it did! Only problem is that your windows mouse cursor flys around in the background...

              No problems here, no SBLive! card either.

              Demo was shorter than the first version. Can't say the bump mapping impressed me all that much, it tends to be flickery.

              BTW, don't bother downloading SoulReaver demo is you already have it, it is identical.

              Also Indiana Jones is not worth the bother.
