  • Quake2 darkness

I love the 114 fps I get in Quake2 with the Turbo GL drivers (G400 MAX,) but man, the darkness sucks even with brightness turned all the way up. I remember some utilities that I used eons ago for this, but I'm wondering what kind of solutions the MURC community has for this.
    Matrox G400MAX
    PIII600
    Abit BX6-2
    224mb Samsung GH
    SB Live
    Netgear NIC
    Tekram SCSI
    Maxtor 20gig ATA-66 7200
    IBM 14.4gig ATA-33 7200
    Creative 5xDVD- no card
    Plextor 8/2/20 CDR
    Kenwood 52x CDROM

Ah this is a easy one for a former Quake-head like me :-)
What you need is Idgamma a util that lets you tweek -guess what- the gamma in quake and quake based games. You probably still can get from places like planetquake or...If you can't find let me now ...I still gotta have it somewhere around here :-)
