You have to move the big block over so you can climb up on the ledge, then swing across with your whip. Took me awhile to figure out that you can move them there blocks. I guess I should've read the readme. Nice looking game, but I don't think I'm gonna buy it.

I'm thinking about buying they Indiana J. games, and I was wondering...

        1) Is there voice acting? (Close enough to Harrison Ford?)

        2) Do they use the Indy theme music? And do they use it CORRECTLY at certain points in the game to get you all pumped up?

        --Thanks for you input :-)

I can only recomend this game. It's looking nice on the G400 and plays well. IJ is not LC, but on the other hand - it is the REAL thing

The music is used only in scenes where it actually elevates the action.

On voice acting I can't tell you much. I've the advantage (in this case) to own the german version of the game - and they have hired the guy that also syncs Harrison Ford in all the movies

they usually save the theme music for some point at which you've just solved a puzzle the right way. as for his voice, it sounds similar to ford, but definately isn't him.

check out the demo and you decide.

a scope on the rifle sure would be nice tho.

              1. Indy's voice is done by Doug Lee, who also played Indy in the 1992 LucasArts adventure Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. He doesn't sound exactly like Harrison Ford, but I think he does a great job. I was happy when I heard that they were able to get him again for the new game.

              2. There is not very much music in the game. However, the music does come in at key points (such as when you've just solved a puzzle, or when you're doing something cool like swinging over a chasm using your trusty whip). The music is good (classic John Williams Indy music), but I wish there were more of it.

I'm currently on Chapter Four (Shambala Sanctuary), and am enjoying the game so far. It's a lot like the Tomb Raider games, only with better puzzles and a lot more plot. In-game cut-scenes come in at around every half hour or so of gameplay to keep things interesting.

I'm running it at 1792x1344x32 on my 32MB G400 DH, and it's smooth as silk.
